What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We offer hybrid work, flex work arrangements, Summer Fridays (day ends at noon), provide additional time off as wellness days, and developed resource groups to help with career and personal development.
How do you support community service work by your employees? CBIZ Cares is a platform that provides additional time off to support our team’s community efforts. Local team member initiatives are encouraged and supported. CBIZ also runs a matching charitable contribution program.
