Charlestown waterside home sells for $1.8M

CHARLESTOWN – The property at 68 Gray’s Point Road in Charlestown was sold for $1.8 million this week, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

The home, built in 2008, is 4,370 square feet with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a fireplace and an elevator. The property has views of the Ninigret Pond and boasts a floating dock.

Ray Mott, broker/co-owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, said in a statement, “This Charlestown sale is evidence of our forward momentum in the municipality’s real estate market.”

The sellers of this waterfront home were represented by Judy Chace, broker/co-owner, and Wendy Beck, sales associate, both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Lori Joyal of Lila Delman Real Estate International.
