What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Each week we have a firmwide Zoom meeting called Fireside Chat with segments such as “Pet introductions” and “Raffle Tuesdays.” CCK Day is our employee appreciation day, where we celebrate the accomplishments of the year. We have events such as step competitions, occasional catered lunches in the office and photo booths at events.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We encourage the use of a free wellness application, an employee assistance program, friendly step-off competitions to increase activity, and fresh fruit daily. Our on-site wellness rooms are equipped with massage chairs, happy lights and diffusers. This year we added a third wellness room, specifically for nursing parents. n
