How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? Our school-based activities pivoted to offering web-based and videoconferencing activities to ensure services continued to middle and high school students in need. Our employee assistance program staff was able to easily transition to a work-from-home environment and implement telehealth-like services for clients in need.
