Contemporary house sale in Cranston is city’s highest in 2 years

CRANSTON – A contemporary home overlooking Narragansett Bay has sold for $1.3 million, the highest price in the city since 2017.

The sale of 27 Harbour Terrace was announced by Lila Delman Real Estate, which represented the seller.

The four-bedroom home was designed by architect Peter Twombly, and includes a half-acre lot, three bathrooms, open-concept floor plan and oversized windows.

The location is in Edgewood, close to Pawtuxet Village.

The property was assessed at $1 million by the city in 2018, according to online property records. It was last sold in September 2011, to James S. and Lynn Williams, according to the records.

The name of the new owner was not immediately available.
