TIVERTON – Town Administrator Christopher Cotta has resigned. In an email sent to the Town Council on Oct. 7, Cotta said that he had informed Council President Denise deMedeiros three days earlier of his intention to step down, vowing to “provide whatever is necessary to transition through to my expected end date of December 3rd.”
