
WARWICK – Picerne Real Estate Group plans to expand the Cowesett Hills Apartments by 48 more units.
The property off Post Road in the Apponaug section now has 456 units and is situated on 70 acres. The expansion of two new buildings will increase its size to 368,000 square feet, according to DiPrete Engineering, which will provide site engineering, design and survey services.

Picerne has owned the property since the late 1960s.
The new units are expected to be completed in 2019 and will include one- and two-bedroom configurations.
