Crossroads Rhode Island, the state’s leading homeless service provider, today announced that Michelle Wilcox has been named President by the agency’s Board of Directors.
Wilcox will continue to report to Chief Executive Officer Karen Santilli, who previously served both as President and CEO.

“This well-deserved promotion reflects Michelle’s 28-years of dedication to Crossroads as well as her extensive experience managing program operations,” wrote Chair John J. McConnell in a letter to staff.
“Michelle is a proven leader,” said Santilli. “As President, she will run the day-to-day operations that allow Crossroads to provide housing and housing-related services to individuals and families struggling to overcome homelessness.”
