The buyers were represented by Lila Delman Real Estate.
The property at 24 Cedar St., in the Narragansett Pier neighborhood, includes front and rear porches, a gunite pool, and views of the ocean. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a two-car attached garage.
