Custom home in Narragansett sells for $1.2M in 2 days

NARRAGANSETT – A custom-built Victorian on a half-acre in Narragansett sold for $1.2 million, after two days on the market, according to a news release from Lila Delman Real Estate, which represented the seller.

The house at 60 Earle’s Court sold for the full asking price.

It has 3,786 square feet across two levels, five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half-baths and a wraparound porch. A three-bay garage is attached.
