Customers Bancorp declares quarterly cash dividend on preferred stocks

THE CUSTOMERS BANCORP board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on several fixed-to-floating-rate noncumulative perpetual preferred stocks, payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on May 31.
THE CUSTOMERS BANCORP board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on several fixed-to-floating-rate noncumulative perpetual preferred stocks, payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on May 31.

PROVIDENCE – The board of directors of Customers Bancorp Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend on several fixed-to-floating-rate noncumulative perpetual preferred stocks as follows: series C – 44 cents per share; series D – 41 cents per share; series E – 40 cents per share; and series F – 38 cents per share.

In every case, the cash dividend is payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on May 31.
