Hannah L. Sfameni is a Senior Associate in our Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Labor & Employment Practice Groups with experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. Hannah focuses her litigation practice on civil matters, including complex commercial litigation involving theft of trade secrets, misappropriation of confidential and proprietary business information, partnership and contractual disputes, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. In Hannah’s labor and employment practice, she regularly advises clients from small businesses to multinational corporations regarding compliance with state and federal regulations and human resource matters, including personnel policies, day-to-day employment issues, and internal investigations.
