Delphi Principal Gregory Demos attributes the growth to a unique scenario that propelled a shift in mindset. “That period was adapt or die,” Demos said, “and we adapted and flourished.”
With that mindset, Delphi saw a 26.4% increase in revenue from $15.3 million in 2021 to $19.3 million in 2023.
Demos, along with Principals Sean Condon and Rich Braun, weathered several entrepreneurial challenges. In their collective experience, Demos says, they have seen market crashes back to the mid-1980s, to Y2K levels of uncertainty and the dot-com bust in the early 2000s.
Though the scarcity of IT talent, upskilling of the workforce and artificial intelligence presents challenges, the company is optimistic about growth.
“If we can continue to attract the right people, they’re going to be successful and we’re going to be successful,” Condon said. “Attitude and effort are the only things we can control.”
