Diane Spirito Palana has been appointed vice president/application support manager in electronic payment systems at Citizens Bank. She most recently held the position of assistant vice president in the same department. Palana joined the bank in 1986, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College. Palana lives in Providence.
