How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is based on a collaborative team approach of serving our clients at a high level by providing our employees flexibility built on mutual trust, which is both personally and professionally rewarding.

What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We are focused on ensuring that our firm represents the business community we serve and hire from all the local colleges and universities.

How do you support community service work by your employees? We created the DiSanto Priest & Co. Foundation, which is run by our employees to allow them to serve the local community by supporting their favorite charities and the highest needs of our community.

Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We prefer to promote from existing staff due to the significant investments we make in developing our people’s technical and soft skills while ensuring they are actively engaged in our firm culture.
