PROVIDENCE – Emma Dowden, a graduate of Roger Williams University, recently was promoted to the position of job captain with Vision 3 Architects.
Dowden, who began working at the Providence-based architecture firm as a college intern more than two years ago, is assigned to the firm’s education and hospitality teams.

Her current work includes design for renovations to housing and classrooms at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and for a bar and lounge renovation at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
In the past, she worked on designs for the new Downtown Providence campus facility for Roger Williams University, at 1 Empire Plaza.
