How would you describe the culture of your workplace?Our firm culture fosters a work-life blend and affords attorneys and staff the opportunity to take ownership of their work while growing and developing their professional skills in a supportive, mentoring environment.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We encourage our attorneys to become active in the community, following their individual passions for public service and engaging in business-building pursuits with colleagues from the firm. Our attorneys have been involved in causes that range from historic preservation to youth development/leadership to environmental advocacy.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We always look to promote from within first but due to our size, it is dictated by the need at the time.
