PROVIDENCE – The law firm Duffy & Sweeney Ltd. has moved to renovated offices at 321 South Main St., the building generally known as the Heritage Building.

The law firm employs 40 people, including 20 attorneys. It is occupying the fourth floor of the building. Phone numbers and email contacts will remain the same for all staff, according to a recent post on the firm’s website.

The move to the 12,500-square-foot Class A space allows the company to take advantage of new technologies and a site that provides easy access to both Interstates 95 and 195.

The building is adjacent to the I-195 Redevelopment District, and the pedestrian bridge under construction that will link the two sides of the district.

The Heritage Building last sold in June 2018 for $6.5 million to buyer 21 SMS Partners LLC, according to real estate records.
