JAMESTOWN – A nearly 2-acre lot in the desirable Dumplings neighborhood of Jamestown has sold for $2.2 million, according to a news release from Hogan Associates, which represented the buyers.
Lila Delman Compass represented the seller.
Dumplings is located in the southeastern corner of Conanicut Island, the area of shoreline that is south of the Jamestown Village.
The lot is located at 0 Newport St.

It is one of the last vacant house lots in the area. Under zoning, the site can support a six-bedroom single-family home and an additional two-bedroom guest house. It has frontage on Newport Street and Fort Wetherill Road.
