EAST PROVIDENCE – Electric bicycles are now banned at city parks, recreation spaces and on all sidewalks in the community.  The City Council on June 2 gave final approval to the legislation that bans all electric bicycles, also known as e-bikes, in those areas.  The ordinance was sponsored by City Council President Bob Rodericks, City
