EAST PROVIDENCE – A nearly 32,000-square-foot industrial building at 22 Almeida Ave. has been sold to 22 Almeida Ave. LLC for $1.8 million, according to Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal, which represented the sellers.
The property will be occupied by the current tenant, Wood’s Heating Service, until the spring. At that point the new owners – Independent Pipe & Supply Corp. – will move in and establish their Rhode Island offices at the location.
