Road project discussion THE R.I. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION will hold a discussion on the upcoming road project on Diamond Hill Road between Chapel Four Corners and Interstate 295 in Cumberland. Earl to talk Crom Castle JOHN CRICHTON, the 7th Earl of Erne Lisnaskea, will share what life in the Crom Castle is currently like, discuss its history and share his family’s triumphs and challenges since arriving in Ireland from Scotland in the early 1600s. The event is part of the Preservation Society of Newport County’s Summer Lecture Series. A reception will follow the lecture.
