NRI Chamber hosts opioid seminar THE NORTHERN RHODE ISLAND Chamber of Commerce will hold a seminar on identifying risk factors and how to effectively respond to an overdose within the workplace. The event will also allow attendees to understand how the Good Samaritan Overdose Prevention Act applies to lay responders and the individual experiencing the overdose.
