How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Envision has always had a very fun culture, but the challenges of COVID-19 have also really shown what a supportive group of people we have here. Team members have regularly gone out of their way to ensure that fellow employees have what they need to not only work effectively, but that they are also doing all right amidst those challenges.

Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? We offer “work-from-anywhere” options. We do not believe work can only happen in the office or at home, so we have the tools in place so our team can work effectively from anywhere they choose.
What was a new employee benefit or initiative in the past 12 months? We introduced a program we call “Blueprint,” which is our self-directed benefits program for all team members. Blueprint allows employees to have control over their benefits, from the amount of personal and vacation time they use to the extra “perks” they choose to use.
