Bob Morgan has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Value Stream Leader, Production Manager and Health, Safety & Environment Manager. He has worked in the carbon seal, drawn tubing and waveguide, glass-to-metal-seal, stamping and safety products industries. Bob has taught Statistics and Quality Control courses for more than 10 years. As a Health, Safety and Environment Manager, Bob has driven down workers’ compensation costs, built and maintained multi-site HSE systems, and trained employees at all levels in OSHA health & safety standards. Bob holds a BA degree from Holy Cross College, and is a Certified Quality Engineer, a Raytheon 6 Sigma Lean Expert, and a Honeywell 6 Sigma Greenbelt.
