WARWICK – A Boston-based mortgage banking firm has provided $21 million to finance three office parks in Warwick.
Fantini & Gorga, which does deals throughout New England, refinanced 160,000 square feet of office condominium space at The Summit, Jefferson Gateway and Metro East Office Park. The office parks are within 1 mile of each other in Warwick.
“We were delighted to deliver attractive permanent financing from a regional financial institution who demonstrated a strong understanding of the market as well as the borrower’s asset management objectives,” said Jason Cunnane, senior director at Fantini & Gorga.
The three office parks are Class A, three-story buildings, according to a press release.
“The combination of an experienced real estate developer and operator, best-in-class stabilized office assets, excellent locations and knowledgeable lender resulted in a smooth execution,” Cunnane added.
