PROVIDENCE – As businesses continue to grapple with the use of artificial intelligence technology, the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce is set to launch an “AI for Leaders Digital Academy.”
The three-hour program covers four focus areas: Responsible Use of AI; AI for Leaders; AI Program Executive Readout, in which a review of the program’s impact on the business and the broader Rhode Island business community is presented; and an optional session that provides feedback on plans for AI use within the organization.

Described as “three hours of immersive learning, plus a live, interactive capstone session” developed by KPMG Advisory, the program is open to Chamber members only.
The Chamber charges $1,350 per learner, with bulk discounts available. An “Advanced AI Practitioner Roadmap Program” is available for an additional $80,000 per company, which brings KPMG staff into an organization to further tailor AI usage to the business’s needs.
Sessions will take place from October through December.
More information is available on the Chamber’s website.
