What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Hinckley Allen offers monthly trivia challenges, raffles, office socials, and other themed events. These activities promote collaboration within and across our office locations to boost morale and foster a vibrant culture where employees can connect with one another.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We firmly believe that nurturing meaningful, shared connections among individuals enhances experiences and, ultimately, leads to better outcomes.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We prioritize offering services to encourage maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We’ve ensured that all major offices have Bevi stations to encourage hydration, offer eligible employees a health club reimbursement, and encourage all to participate in various races and walks.
