PROVIDENCE – A historic home on College Hill sold recently for $810,000, more than $10,000 over the asking price, according to a news release from Lila Delman Real Estate, which represented the seller.

The house at 326 Benefit St. was built in 1773. It has six bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, four fireplaces and off-street parking for three cars. It has a fenced yard with a view of downtown.
