PROVIDENCE – A renovated historical home at 508 Cole Ave. sold in late September for $1.6 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd., whose Greene|Sweeney team represented the buyers and the sellers.
The house is located on a corner lot off Blackstone Boulevard and includes more than 4,400 square feet of living area. The backyard is enclosed by stone walls and the exterior includes a series of brick and bluestone patios.
