WARWICK – A custom home at 140 Hemlock Ave. in Warwick sold on Nov. 2 for $1.2 million, the highest sale in the city to date this year. 

The house a Victorian style built in 2008. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and views of Narragansett Bay. 

The listing was held by The Monaco Group of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Rhode Island Real Estate Services.
