CRANSTON, R.I. – October 2011 – Exit Team Realty and Allied Home Mortgage will hold a Free Home Buyers Seminar on Saturday October 22, 2011 at 375 Putnam Pike, Suite 35, Smithfield, RI 02917, the office of Exit Team Realty.

Kerri Gemma and David Ramage of Exit Team Realty have teamed up with Deb Saccoccio of Allied Home Mortgage Corporation and Gregory Schadone of The Law Offices of Gregory J. Schadone to bring “Homes for Heroes” to Rhode Island.

Homes for Heroes is a national program which aims to help close the gap between the cost of housing for: military personnel, police officers, firefighters, teachers, first responders, and others who serve our community and nation. Heroes receive 25% of Dave and Kerris commission when they buy or sell a home, plus substantial savings as a result of using Deb’s and Greg’s services.

The group held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in September to benchmark the start of the program in Rhode Island. Cranston Mayor Alan Fung, Cranston Police Colonel Marco Palombo, Cranston Fire Chief William McKenna and other local community heroes joined in on the celebration.

Exit Realtor Dave Ramage, a Desert Strom War Veteran, served four years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps and is now honoured to “give back to all of the people that give to the community everyday, keep us safe and will never admit that they are heroes. They have donated much more time than I do and ask nothing in return.”

Gregory Schadone, Title Attorney and RI State Representative decided to join Ramage, Gemma and Saccoccio on their quest to provide affordable home ownership to community heroes in order to further provide savings and benefits through his practice.
