“This work is a privilege. We are all proud to see HopeHealth recognized nationally as not only an exceptional care provider, but an exceptional workplace,” said HopeHealth CEO and President Diana Franchitto, who also serves as vice chair of the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation. “Families compliment the skills and compassion of our team members. Employees talk about finding their calling here. It is rewarding to see that feedback reflected in these rankings. It highlights the very heart of HopeHealth’s mission: an extraordinary experience for our patients, their caregivers and our employees.”

Along with individual rankings, the study showed a contrast between for-profit and nonprofit hospices. Among the bottom 25 providers, 20 are for-profit while 22 of the 25 top-ranked providers are nonprofit.
