WARREN – A five-bedroom colonial with 2,375 square feet of living space recently sold for $1.2 million, marking the highest-priced home sale to occur in Warren in 2024 so far, as of early August, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which represented both sides of the transaction.
The 15 Read Ave. home, with 3.2 acres of land overlooking the riverfront, also contains three full bathrooms, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which cited records kept by the R.I State-Wide Multiple Listing Service in order to deem this the highest residential real estate sale in the town for 2024.

The home also comes with a 675-square-foot garage and an open porch, according to property records.
The Read Avenue property was most recently valued by Warren assessors in fiscal year 2023 as being worth $786,200, according to the town’s online property tax evaluation database.
The sellers of the 15 Read Ave. home were represented by Residential Properties sales associate Karen Occhialini and broker associate Angie Salem. The buyers were represented by Amanda Bruneau, of Residential Properties.
According to the warranty deed, a public record of the property transaction, the Warren home was sold by Jeremiah Allen and Cheryl Del Santo, of Warren.
The 15 Read Ave. property was purchased by Jonathan Pardini and Cassandra Pardini, according to the warranty deed.
