Tony Falco, the North Smithfield-based information technology services company’s sales and marketing manager, says area companies weren’t ready to work remotely when the pandemic hit and the company worked diligently to help them out. The company assisted with client migration to cloud-based systems and to leverage tools such as SharePoint and others so they could work remotely effectively.

IT Support RI offers cybersecurity, cloud productivity, disaster recovery, employee productivity and VoIP phone services, among others. Revenue grew 33% from $4.1 million in 2021 to $5.4 million in 2023.

Growth also brought challenges. Falco says the company needed additional skilled staff when some people weren’t willing to work on-site at clients’ offices because of COVID-19.

“We had to cast a wider net. Our clients are growing, which means we’re growing,” Falco said. “Things look good.”
