JAMESTOWN – A beachfront house in the town was sold for $1.48 million by Lila Delman Real Estate International, the real estate firm announced March 8.
The property, located at 229 Seaside Drive, is 4,094 square feet and sits on 0.45 acres of coastline that overlooks the West Passage of the Narragansett Bay.
Built in 1988, the two-story home has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, and includes amenities such as an indoor pool, a hot tub, a koi pond and a private dock.
The home was last renovated in 2015 for $551,200, according to real estate records.
