JAMESTOWN – A shingle-style contemporary home with views of Narragansett Bay, the Jamestown Golf Course and Marsh Meadows Wildlife Preserve sold recently for $1.8 million.
The sale of 78 Whittier Road was announced by Lila Delman Real Estate, whose Jamestown sales manager, Bob Bailey, represented the buyer.
The house covers 3,302 square feet and includes four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a designer kitchen. It was built in 1966.
It last sold in November 1998 for $395,000, according to online property records.
