PROVIDENCE – A 38,000-square-foot industrial building at 588 Manton St. in Providence has been sold for $850,000, reported MG Commercial Real Estate.
The property was sold to JCM Design and Display Inc. and announced Feb. 20.
The company, previously based in Cranston, designs and manufactures displays and stands for a variety of industries, according to its website.
The sale was brokered by George Paskalis, for MG Commercial Real Estate.
