Crossroads Rhode Island, the state’s leading provider of housing and services for people experiencing homelessness, announced that Jennifer Schanck-Bolwell will return as Chief Operating Officer. Schanck-Bolwell, who previously served as Vice President of Housing Assets, brings 20-plus years of non-profit leadership, community development, and affordable housing expertise. In her new role, she will oversee the organization’s housing assets, facilities departments, and diversity initiatives, ensuring effective management and supporting community needs. Schanck-Bolwell will also focus on monitoring program outcomes and implementing the strategic plan to achieve Crossroads’ long-term goals.
