Kathleen Mulhern has been named vice president of marketing at Bristol County Savings Bank, where she will be responsible for the management of marketing and public relations functions for the bank. Prior to her promotion, she served as assistant vice president of marketing. She has a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Providence College and is a graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers Association School for Financial Studies at Babson College. •
