Kiskinis named COO of Hinckley Allen, Reppucci to retire

PROVIDENCE – Michael P. Kiskinis has been named the chief operating officer of Hinckley Allen & Snyder LLP, the law firm announced Tuesday.

Kiskinis replaces Hinckley Allen’s Charles R. Reppucci, the company’s executive director and chief operating officer. Reppucci is retiring after 32 years with the firm. There will be no replacement for the executive director position, according to a Hinckley Allen spokeswoman.

Kiskinis joins the firm from the Boston-based Sullivan & Worcester LLP, where he also served as chief operating officer.

At Hinckley Allen his responsibilities will include managing the firm’s business, financial and administrative operations and assisting Managing Partner David J. Rubin in executing the firm’s strategic growth and expansion, according to the company. It also noted that he will oversee the firm’s senior management team.

In addition to these responsibilities, Kiskinis will serve as an ex officio member of the firm’s governing executive committee.

“We are delighted to welcome Michael Kiskinis to the firm,” said Rubin in a statement. “His deep legal executive experience will bring perspectives for continued growth and success in the future. He has a proven track record of success at some of New England’s finest law firms, and we are confident that he will help our lawyers continue to provide value and superior service to our clients.”

Reppucci will continue his role as chairman of the board of directors for Care New England Health System and a director of the board of the New York Blood Center.

“Through the collaborative efforts of many in our organization, we have built a talented and successful law firm by providing value and delivering results for our clients,” stated Reppucci. “Looking ahead to the future, I’m confident that the firm is poised for many years of continued success. I hope I’ve inspired a new generation to view Hinckley Allen as a place to build a long-lasting career and make a difference in our communities.”

Hinckley Allen employs more lawyers in Rhode Island than any other firm, according to PBN’s 2018 Book of Lists.
