PROVIDENCE – Both Lifespan and CVS Health Corp. made the 2017 top 50 shortlist for companies hiring for flexible jobs, according to Flexjobs, a job search site.

Lifespan ranked No. 44 in the rankings this year. In the Flexjob database, Lifespan had a high number of part-time jobs posted.
CVS ranked No. 46 for 2017. Many of the CVS job listings on the Flexjobs site had an element of telecommuting. The listings also included part-time jobs.
AT&T topped the list this year at No. 1, while UnitedHealth Group was ranked second.
Rankings were based on the flexible job posting histories in the FlexJobs’ database between Sept. 30, 2016, and Sept. 30, 2017.
