The 555 Great Road property includes a 3,560-square-foot main residence with four bedrooms, one full bathroom and two half-bathrooms, as well as a separate two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage, according to Compass.

Built in 1938, the main house is a colonial-style residence with two fireplaces, hardwood floors and an attached two-car garage. The property also includes an in-ground pool.
The main residence includes living and dining areas, a kitchen, a basement and an enclosed porch, while the separate cottage was built in 1885 and contains 819 square feet of living space, according to Lincoln’s online property tax assessment database. The cottage is classified as a separate residential building on the property, according to the online database.
The property encompasses 16.49 acres and is located across from Lincoln Woods and adjacent to Chase Farm, according to Compass. The property is also within a local historic district, according to the Lincoln property assessor’s database.
The property was most recently assessed at $998,100 for the 2026 tax year, including $705,900 in improvements and $292,200 in land value, according to the property assessor’s database.
Adam Osetek, a founding agent of Compass Inc.’s Providence office, represented the sellers. The buyers were represented by The Modern Collective Group of Compass.
According to the trustee’s deed, the property was sold by Susan Pilkington, Michael Donfrancesco and Mark Donfrancesco, as trustees of an irrevocable trust based in Cranston. The property was purchased by Matthew Wakim and Sandra Matar, of Lincoln.
