LINCOLN – A custom colonial sold in late December for $1,274,700, the highest-priced transaction in the town in more than two years, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

The sellers in the transaction were represented by the real estate company.

The buyers were represented by Tanasio Realty Advisors.

Originally listed in May 2017 at $1.6 million, the house was relisted in October at the same price, before selling on Dec. 29, according to the property listing.

The house, at 8 Cider Mill Lane, was built in 2013 and includes a pool, a basketball court and sunroom. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and has nearly 6,000 square feet of interior living space, according to the listing.
