LINCOLN – A five-bedroom, brick home on nearly an acre sold June 25 for $1.3 million. This was the most expensive sale in Lincoln since October 2007, according to Lila Delman Real Estate, which represented the seller.
The house at 8 Alyssa Lane has an in-ground pool and guest house and covers 6,150 square feet. Its highlights include a double-staircase entry foyer, inlaid marble floors, custom cabinets and professional appliances, according to a description.
