South Carolina-based Reeves Brothers Inc. announced that it has acquired the custom calendered product line of Lloyd Manufacturing Corporation for an undisclosed amount of cash. Lloyd Manufacturing will continue operations at the Warren location under the direction of the existing senior management staff.
Glen Hussmann, president and CEO of Reeves, said, “We are continuing to broaden our product capabilities for specialty calendered and coated fabrics. The Lloyd custom calendered product line represents a terrific complement to our current product range and expands the applications that our materials serve.”
