For three hours each day, Massage Envy franchised locations in RI and across the country are offering free services to help people focus on wellness and keep their bodies working
Massage Envy, the largest provider of therapeutic massage and skin care services in the U.S. collectively across its franchise network, will be supporting World Wellness Weekend, September 21 & 22, with franchised locations nationwide opening their doors to give the public opportunities to try free services to help keep their bodies working.
Locally, the Massage Envy franchises located in Cranston, East Greenwich, East Providence, Lincoln and Providence will be open to the public from 10 am to 1 pm Saturday and Sunday, September 21 & 22. During those dates and hours, members of the public can sample one of three free offers: a free skin care analysis with free skin care product sample (while supplies last), or free trials of Rapid Tension Relief or Total Body Stretch.
“We’re delighted to support the 2019 World Wellness Weekend by giving the good people of RI a chance to sample some of our services for free. This is our way of giving back to the community. As the owner of a Massage Envy franchised location, I believe we have a unique opportunity this weekend to encourage every American to keep their body working through regular body care and skin care,” said franchise owner Michael D’Amara.
For the free skin care analysis, consumers can consult with a licensed esthetician to learn about their particular skin condition and needs. This free analysis includes a free sample from PCA skin while supplies last.
Also available will be a free sample session of Rapid Tension Relief, a relatively new service that combines the human expertise and skill of a licensed massage therapist with the cutting-edge technology of Hyperice’s Hypervolt device. The Hypervolt device assists therapists in maximizing the effectiveness of their technique and delivering a new customer experience.
With the free sample session of Total Body Stretch, customers will experience Massage Envy’s head-to-toe assisted stretch that helps increase mobility, flexibility and performance.

World Wellness Weekend was created in 2017 by Jean-Guy de Gabriac, CEO of Tip Touch International. This year’s worldwide event hopes to include over 2,000 venues in some 100 countries.
“We hope to see a lot of people visit Massage Envy to try these free services during World Wellness Weekend. There are no hidden costs and no strings attached. These free services are a great way for us to give back to the community and help people understand how they can keep their bodies working” Michael D’Amara said.
