Mansfield Bank Promotes 4

(Mansfield) Mansfield Bank has just promoted four managers to the position of Vice President, to “grow our talent pool in conjunction with the bank’s growth as a whole,” says Chief Operating Officer, Hal Horvat.

Jovan Cintron has been promoted to VP, Information Technology. He is responsible for expanding the technology infrastructure at Mansfield Bank, and improving service deliverables to customers and internal departments. He has a number of degrees and certificates in the computer sciences, and hails from Taunton.

Two employees have been promoted to the position of VP, Commercial Portfolio Manager, where they monitor current loans and credit lines and assist both the loan officers and customers in meeting the requirements of the loans:

John W. Wright has had extensive careers in both sailing and financial services. He lives in Portsmouth, RI and spends his spare time on the Sakonnet River and RI Sound.

Mary L. Johnson lives in Cumberland and has 28 years of banking experience. She served on the Board of Directors for 7 years at RI Parent Information Network, the last 3 years of her term as President. She is a long-time volunteer financial literacy trainer at The Center for Women and Enterprise in Providence, and a volunteer at Our Daily Bread food pantry in Mansfield.

Paula M. Fahlman brings 35-plus years of banking experience to Mansfield Bank. As VP, Business and Municipal Services, she is responsible for establishing new business and municipal relationships as well as expanding existing customer services. Paula has been an active participant in the Rhode Island and New England Government Finance Officers Associations and is a member of the Bristol County Treasurers and Collectors Association. She volunteers for the American Heart Association, the American Lung Association and March of Dimes, and resides in North Kingstown, RI.
