What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We do an after-busy-season party, a holiday party, chair massages, Bagel Wednesdays, ice cream sundae/hot cocoa bar and in-office bar carts, step challenges and “Pie-a-Partner” fundraiser.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We offer virtual programs such as yoga and meditation and wellness challenges. We also provide employee assistance programs, which offers six free counseling sessions, on-site flu shots and fitness program discounts.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Our annual Day of Service where all offices are shut down the day before Thanksgiving and associates volunteer their time at local organizations.
