Mary Lou Pacheco has been promoted to assistant vice president, personal lines supervisor at Webster Insurance in Swansea, Mass., a subsidiary of Webster Financial Corporation. She joined the company in 1999 and most recently was personal lines supervisor. Pacheco is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women and Ateneu Luzo Americano of Fall River, Mass. She lives in Westport, Mass.
